| Best For | Shuffle advertises more than 15,000 titles from at least 36 providers. Independent lobby counts are far lower and inconsistent (one 2026 test counted about 5,700, another about 4,000), which is typical when an operator’s headline figure includes every integrated game. The provider list is the more reliable signal of depth: Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Ezugi and Penguin King, among others. Shuffle OriginalsThe in-house studio produces Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, HiLo, Keno, Wheel, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and quirky arcade titles such as Chicken and Waifu Tower; counts range from 11 to 16 depending on the audit date. They use commit-reveal provable fairness: a hashed server seed is committed before betting, the player controls the client seed, and a nonce increments each bet, so results can be reconstructed once the seed is rotated. Seeds can be viewed or rotated at any time and verification code is public. Shuffle also states that its Originals and the random number generation behind them are certified by iTech Labs. Slots, live and table gamesSlots dominate. Live casino and table coverage is smaller than the slot catalogue (independent counts of roughly 60 to 80 live titles) and is led by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, including game shows. Provable fairness covers only the Originals; third-party content relies on provider certification. SportsbookThe sportsbook shares a wallet with the casino and is a full book, with particular strength in esports (Counter-Strike 2, Dota, League of Legends, Valorant), including player-level markets. | License | Operator: Natural Nine B.V., Curaçao company no. 160998, Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad. Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/1337/0628 (direct B2C licence granted 16 October 2024; reported as indefinite since 24 December 2025). The certificate names shuffle.com as the licensed domain, and Shuffle does not appear on the regulator’s enforcement list of revoked or suspended licences according to third-party checks. Shuffle’s own site footer still refers to the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board”, the predecessor body. Prohibited jurisdictions (terms section 7.3): Australia, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Cyprus, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus embargoed locations and anywhere a licence the operator lacks would be required. One version of the terms also names France, and some trackers add Ontario. Section 7.4 treats concealing your location with a VPN as a breach in its own right. Shuffle.us is a separate US sweepstakes product and is not covered by this review. What a Curaçao licence does and does not give you: a named regulator and complaints framework, but no deposit-guarantee scheme, no ombudsman with binding powers and no obligation to publish audited payout figures. The regulator has also issued terms-and-conditions guidance with an October 2026 compliance deadline, so Shuffle’s player agreement may change; re-read it before depositing. |
| Payment Methods | Crypto onlyShuffle accepts around 20 assets across several networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, BNB, TRON, TON, Avalanche, Polygon, USDT, USDC, DAI and the SHFL token, with meme-coin options in some listings. Stablecoins are available on more than one network, so choose the network deliberately: fees differ widely between chains and coins that need a destination tag must include it. There are no card or bank deposits. A built-in Buy Crypto tool hands you to a third-party provider with its own identity checks and fees. Limits and feesShuffle’s terms are unusually clean on one point: no turnover requirement on ordinary deposits, no stated withdrawal cap and no maximum win at account level. Crypto withdrawals carry the network fee only. Minimum deposits vary by coin (reviews cite figures from about $0.01 to $20). Per-game maximum bet and win limits apply to Originals and are published in Shuffle’s help centre. SHFL exceptionBalances converted into the SHFL token must be wagered once before they can be withdrawn, which Shuffle attributes to its coin-mixing policy. Withdraw winnings to a wallet you control rather than holding a balance in the operator’s own token. |

Overview
Shuffle.com is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook that launched on 1 February 2023. It is owned and operated by Natural Nine B.V. (Curaçao company no. 160998, Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1337/0628. The brand started under Curaçao’s old master-licence regime and moved to a direct licence on 16 October 2024; independent register checks report that it was converted to an indefinite licence with no expiry date on 24 December 2025.
Shuffle’s identity is speed and rewards: instant rakeback from the first VIP rank, daily, weekly and monthly bonuses, a very long XP ladder, in-house provably fair Originals, a large sportsbook with deep esports coverage, and its own SHFL token. It is an official partner of Sunderland A.F.C.
NeuroOdds.xyz research snapshot (2 October 2026)
- Operator: Natural Nine B.V., Curaçao (reg. 160998)
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/1337/0628
- Launched: February 2023
- Payments: crypto only, about 20 coins, no card or bank rail
- VIP: 50+ levels from Wood to Mythic
- Key caution: a vendor breach in October 2025 exposed player data, including identity documents for verified users
- Safer gambling: wager and loss limits and self-exclusion, but no deposit limit
Our read: a very strong product attached to a weaker trust record than its licence alone suggests. It suits experienced crypto users who already hold coins, understand that verification can be demanded at any time, and are comfortable with an operator that names no independent complaint adjudicator.

More Details
NeuroOdds.xyz review perspective: Our review of Shuffle Casino focuses on the practical details players can check before choosing the casino, including its offer, games, payments, licensing and availability.
The October 2025 data breach
On 10 October 2025 Shuffle confirmed that Fast Track, a third-party customer-relationship vendor, had been breached. Shuffle said the incident affected a majority of its users. Exposed categories included names, email and home addresses, phone numbers, transaction and betting histories, support logs and, for players who had verified, identity documents such as passports and driving licences. Passwords and credentials were not held by the vendor and Shuffle said funds were unaffected. Shuffle disclosed the incident itself, urged two-factor authentication and said it would end the vendor relationship. Because identity documents cannot be rotated like passwords, affected players should treat any message quoting their Shuffle activity as potential phishing.
Verification and withdrawal holds
An account needs only a date of birth, email, username and password. Under section 4.1 of the terms, however, Shuffle may request documents at any time, with no published threshold, and restrict withdrawals until satisfied. Shuffle’s help centre describes three levels: basic information, a government-issued document and proof of address. The recurring complaint pattern in public reviews is a discretionary document request at the point of a large withdrawal. Keep all support exchanges in writing and ask which document and which clause is being relied on.
Disputes and public reputation
The terms apply Curaçao law and courts, include a class-action waiver and name no independent dispute-resolution provider, even though Curaçao’s regulator now requires business-to-consumer licensees to offer free access to a certified independent provider. If you reach a dead end with support, ask Shuffle in writing to identify its certified provider and its official complaint form. Trustpilot currently withholds Shuffle’s rating for a guidelines breach and says it removed fake reviews; at one August 2026 check, 1,092 reviews remained, about 37% five-star and 56% one-star. Read them for recurring themes rather than a score.
Leadership and allegations
Shuffle’s chief executive, Noah Dummett, is publicly named. His earlier career included BitMEX and, from 2019 to mid-2021, FTX and Alameda Research. Online allegations about the origin of Shuffle’s launch funding circulate on forums and anonymous sites; independent reviewers found no court finding, regulator action or credible published investigation substantiating them. NeuroOdds.xyz does not score Shuffle on unproven claims.
SHFL token and lottery
SHFL is an ERC-20 token launched in March 2024 with a one billion maximum supply. It can be used to wager, to earn extra XP when staked, and for weekly lottery entries. Reports that a fixed share of net gaming revenue funds the lottery or buybacks are circulating but not independently verified. A token is a volatile asset and an additional risk on top of operator risk.
Responsible gambling: tools and gaps
- Wager limits and loss limits over daily, weekly or monthly periods on the Shuffle Wise dashboard. Loss limits are net.
- Self-exclusion for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently, covering casino, sportsbook or both.
- No deposit limit. This is the control that most directly protects a bankroll and it is missing.
- Self-exclusion can lapse. Shuffle’s policy describes a 24-hour cooldown, after which an email asks you to extend the exclusion; if you do not confirm within 24 hours of that email, the account is unrestricted. Set a reminder, and use device-level blocking software as a second layer.
Independent help is available from Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org) and BeGambleAware, and blocking tools such as BetBlocker work across sites.
Mobile and support
Shuffle is a web app with no native iOS or Android apps; treat any “official app” download as suspicious. Support is 24/7 live chat plus support@shuffle.com, with a help centre, community forum and Telegram announcements. Routine service is described as quick; complaints concentrate on templated replies during withdrawal holds.
Sources and method
Desk-based research completed on 2 October 2026 using Shuffle’s official terms, VIP guide, license page and responsible-gambling policy, plus independent register checks and reviews. NeuroOdds.xyz did not deposit or withdraw. Terms, restricted lists and promotions change; verify them on shuffle.com. Ratings are editorial opinion. 18+ only.
Verdict
Shuffle is one of the better-built products in crypto gambling: transparent withdrawal terms on paper, cash-paid rakeback, genuine provably fair Originals and a huge VIP ladder. Its licence is real and verifiable.
The rating reflects what pulls it back: the October 2025 breach, the missing independent complaints route, discretionary verification holds, and safer-gambling gaps (no deposit limit and a lapsing self-exclusion). Play only if you can accept those risks, enable two-factor authentication, set wager and loss limits before your first deposit, and withdraw to a wallet you control.
Pros
- Direct Curaçao licence with named operator and company number
- No turnover requirement on ordinary deposits and no stated withdrawal cap or maximum win
- Instant rakeback and recurring bonuses credited as withdrawable cash

- Very deep VIP ladder with 50+ levels and rank-based hosts at the top
- Strong esports sportsbook sharing one wallet with the casino
- Wager and loss limits and self-exclusion built into the account
Cons
- A 2025 vendor breach exposed player data, including identity documents for verified users
- Verification can be demanded at any time and can hold withdrawals
- No independent complaint adjudicator named and a class-action waiver applies
- No deposit limit, and self-exclusion can lapse if not confirmed
- Crypto only, with no fiat deposits or withdrawals
- Headline game count is unverifiable and live casino is relatively small
- Prohibited in the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and other markets
